Pigtail style steak turner.   W1 tool steel forged to a hook and turned.   Stabllized white oak, with sonoran sunset trustone and polished aluminum accents.   
 
This wood has unusual grain structure that looks like scratches in the images but it is not, this handle is sanded to 1500 grit and polished, and is very smooth.
